The OEM office is a three storey reinforced concrete building

with 20 by 24 meter dimension.

First floor is OEM offices, the F. Victor McAnallen Meeting Room

( for 20 people), and the Sinclair Thomson Library.

Second floor is Konrad Kingshill Meeting Room (150 tables

and 300 chairs)

Third floor is a guesthouse with 11 apartments each

with a television with UBC, wireless internet, and electrical

applicances provided.
